This applies even in cases where the item does not fit. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and lingerie are not eligible for unconditional returns. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange. For items with quality issues, you do not need to return them. For products within the delivery time, if there is no quality and size problems, only exchange service is accepted. Further, products on SALE are not refundable, only exchange service is accepted. You need to return the product, and we will exchange the product for you free of charge for only one time.
