1. Returns and Exchanges Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags, and in original packaging. Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery, excluding swimwear and lingerie. Sale items are eligible only for exchanges. If returns are not caused by our fault (e.g., quality issues, color difference, or incorrect shipment), postage will not be refunded, and the item will only be eligible for an exchange. 2.
